Conquest of Azeroth Wiki
Your complete guide to Project Ascension's Classic+ realm — 21 original classes, talent builds, walkthroughs, tier lists, and tools for conquering Azeroth anew.
What is Conquest of Azeroth?
Conquest of Azeroth is a free-to-play reimagining of Vanilla World of Warcraft from Project Ascension. It officially launched July 3, 2026 on the Vol'jin realm with 21 completely original, lore-driven classes and 70 unique specializations — including a new Support role. Expanded Azeroth adds new quests, zones, Mythic+ dungeons, Ascended raids, the Manastorm, Hybrid Risk PvP/PvE, Prestige mode, and new professions including Woodcutting and Woodworking.
Unlike Ascension's classless realms, CoA gives you a dedicated class identity with dual talent trees, class-specific mechanics, and deep customization through Ability Essences at level 30. It runs on the same launcher and client — select Conquest of Azeroth from the dropdown and join Vol'jin to begin your conquest. Every new player receives the Master Warchest and Vanity Sync bundle for free.
